I thought this is rather creative- framing the shopping bag and treating it as a decoration. But well, these are all branded shopping bags, and hence by nature, gives people a sense of elegance when hanging them on the wall. Imagine framing a shopping bag from Bossini, maybe the view would be different.  A world of practicability.
